CTP is becoming a mainstay for automobile dealerships. Having alternate, loaner transporation available for customers is not a "luxury" convenience item any longer. When deciding on what vehicles to put into service, don't forget to include RAM pick-ups! Even if you have an outside rental firm on-site, you can likely still utilize CTP for RAMs, as many traditional rental agencies don't carry trucks.
And, as your fleet of CTP units increases (and thus your customer satisfaction and loyalty!) you may find that having a service to help you keep track of important documents and deadlines is useful.
